Infineon's newest design challenge with Hackster.io invites the global developer community to unleash their maker spirit in creating reusable software modules that seamlessly interface Infineon microcontrollers with any variety of peripheral devices.
With the freedom to choose from Infineon XMC and PSoC microcontroller platforms, each with support from popular software ecosystems such as ModusToolbox™, Zephyr®, MicroPython, or Arduino, participants are encouraged to showcase their coding skills and expertise for creating ingenious and creative software modules that serve as a bridge between Infineon microcontrollers and peripheral chips.
With an enticing first prize of $2500 up for grabs and 10 different reward categories, contest participants have a substantial chance to win rewards for their exceptional skills and creativity.
Infineon and Hackster.io are giving away 100 kits to some of the best project proposals. The application for hardware giveway is open from June 7th to June 30th. The kits features over 15 different components encouraging developers to go wild with their imagination.
Five judges from Infineon’s product marketing team and community team are supporting the contest. Infineon is leveraging this campaign to evangelize the ecosystems for PSoC™ and XMC™ MCUs and to generate device libraries with the power of community.
The contest is open to all engineers and tech enthusiasts and open for participation till end of September. To learn more about the contest, visit https://www.hackster.io/contests/connectthingswithcode
