Annually Women in Electronics (WE) honors one of its male colleagues who is committed to championing, developing, and advocating for women in the electronics industry. In September 2023, Avnet CEO Phil Gallagher received the WE Unity Award for his contributions to Women in Electronics and for his support in advancing women in leadership within the electronics industry.
