05/03/2022

PHOENIX Avnet’s exhibit plans for the 2022 Embedded Vision Summit include some new development kits that can jump-start edge AI vision application product designs.

The summit is the premier event for innovators incorporating computer vision and edge AI in products. This year’s Summit will be in-person May 17 – 19, in Santa Clara, California.

This annual event brings together a global audience of companies developing leading-edge, vision-enabled products, including embedded systems, cloud solutions and mobile applications. Avnet will showcase its new kits in Booth 306.

Show attendees will be among the first to see demos of two new kits showcasing:

  • The latest in energy efficient object detection with the new Renesas RZ/V2L processor, ideal for edge AI and embedded vision applications
  • The low-cost, high-performance AMD-Xilinx Zynq® Ultrascale+™ MPSoCs, perfect for experimenting with machine vision applications

In addition, Avnet also will demo:

  • Avnet Edge AI Development Kit: Delivers lightning-fast stereo facial recognition with NXP’s i.MX 8M Plus
