The near-60-year partnership between ON Semiconductor and Avnet marked its latest milestone today with the news that ON Semiconductor has named Avnet as its top distribution partner globally. The technology solutions provider was also named top distribution partner in the Americas and EMEA (for Avnet Silica).
ON Semiconductor presents yearly awards to honor the distributor in each region that led overall channel sales, grew market share, captured increased sales of products and scored highly on overall process excellence in an evolving semiconductor market. Avnet has been continuously recognized as one of ON Semiconductor’s top partners, most recently for the EMEA region in 2019. This year’s global recognition in addition to two regions reinforces the strength of Avnet and ON Semiconductor’s global relationship.
