When you work to help IoT innovators bring their solutions to market, there’s no better recognition than from the community itself. That’s why it’s so important that the IoT community voted to recognize Lou Lutostanski, VP of IoT at Avnet, as IIoT Leader of the Year at 2019 Industrial IoT World in Atlanta, GA.

The inaugural Industrial IoT World 2019 “IIoT Leader of the Year” award recognizes executives whose outstanding leadership resulted in the implementation and success of IIoT in their businesses and beyond. Lou selected from a group of 13 finalists in the IIoT field and voted on by thousands across the global IIoT community.

Lou has been putting his 30 years of industry experience to work in helping to guide entrepreneurs from concept to production in the IoT, and his position is well-earned thanks to his team’s efforts in uniting hardware and software, delivering proven expertise and results.

“We started working to accelerate IoT adoption because we saw the challenges many were facing in scaling the market,” said Lou Lutostanski, VP of IoT, Avnet. “We knew that if we could help businesses scale IoT properly, we could greatly expand the potential of the market. To be recognized for your team’s efforts is truly an honor, and great validation that our approach to IIoT implementations is driving real success for businesses in this industry.”
